Every security officer has the opportunity to invest on a pre-tax basis into a 401(k) retirement savings plan after one year of service.

Paid Vacation
Officers are eligible for one week of paid vacation on their first and second years of service, two weeks on their third year of service, and three weeks after eight years.

Holidays
Personnel receive time-and-a-half pay when working the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
